Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, one of the 2008 Malegaon blast prime accused, joined the BJP. She will be pitted against senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh from Bhopal Lok Sabha constituency. Thakur is currently out on bail in the case, which saw over 40 killed.
